Position: Oracle EBS R12.2.10 MRP Implementation Consultant

Locations: Mexico (Need to Travel to Customer Location for first 2 Weeks and Last 2 Weeks)

Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Job Description:

Experience: 10+ Years in Oracle EBS, with 3+ years in MRP

The consultant will be responsible for end-to-end implementation, configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle MRP modules within a manufacturing environment.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in Oracle EBS R12.2.10 with specialization in MRP, BOM, WIP, and Inventory.
  • Strong understanding of discrete manufacturing, planning parameters, and supply chain flows.
  • Knowledge of Master Scheduling, Forecasting, and Demand Planning.
  • Familiarity with Oracle AIM/OUM methodologies.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional workshops

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Oracle EBS R12.2.10 MRP implementation from requirement gathering to go-live.
  • Configure Oracle MRP, Bills of Materials (BOM), Work in Process (WIP), Inventory (INV), and Purchasing (PO) modules.
  • Integrate MRP with Oracle Order Management (OM), ASCP, and other modules.
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis and provide functional solution recommendations.
  • Design and validate business processes for planning, forecasting, and supply-demand alignment.
  • Facilitate CRPs, UATs, and training workshops with business users.
  • Document solution design, functional specs, and test scenarios.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for customizations, interfaces, and data migration.
  • Support cutover planning and post-go-live hypercare.
