Responsibilities:

Medigate and Network Security Expertise:

• Utilize advanced knowledge of Medigate to assess and strengthen the cybersecurity posture of connected medical devices.
• Provide specialized guidance on actionable insights derived from Medigate results and their integration with broader network security strategies.

Cybersecurity Implementation:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize security solutions, emphasizing the integration of Medigate within a robust network security framework.
• Conduct comprehensive security assessments using Medigate and recommend measures to address vulnerabilities, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity best practices.

Program Rollout and Optimization:

• Drive efficient integration of Medigate and other security solutions within the medical device environment, emphasizing network security considerations.
• Develop and execute plans to ensure seamless implementation and utilization of Medigate for enhanced cybersecurity.
• Willingness to adapt to evolving cybersecurity landscapes and stay updated on Medigate and network security advancements.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Foster collaboration between IT security and relevant departments, emphasizing the critical role of Medigate and network security in securing medical devices.
• Clearly communicate Medigate and network security-related recommendations and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Conduct Knowledge tansfer of best Medigate/Medical Device Cybersecurity practices to stakeholders and staff.

Technical Skills:

• Medigate Expertise:
  • Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing Medigate for medical device security assessments.
  • Solid understanding of networking protocols and their application in conjunction with Medigate.
• Networking/Cybersecurity:
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols relevant to medical device security.

Preferred Qualities:

• Certifications:
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
  • Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
• Work History:
  • Medical Device IT/Security
  • Medigate
  • Netowrk/Security for healthcare organization
