Business Operations is responsible for global program and project management, capital and portfolio management, resource prioritization, tracking and communication of performance, administrative services, AOP & LRP Planning, Space Management, and other key functions critical to the operation of the Entertainment & Sports Technology division.

The Global Program Management team leads technology teams through the development, rollout, and adoption of several capabilities that extend the functionality of our commerce platform across our Streaming platforms. In this role, you are encouraged to work with various partners including Product & Engineering Teams to coordinate cross-team initiatives that deliver on Entertainment and Technology business goals & objectives.

We are a fast-paced team where you will have influence over key product/front-end
development decision making, ability to collaborate to build and define team processes, and a front-row seat to delivering on exciting Android experiential, playback, and platform product launches around the world to engage and delight our subscribers.

Lead and/or oversee the delivery of projects by collaborating with Android engineering teams, product management and developing detailed project plans from development to deployment
Facilitate technical meetings; follow technical discussions in order to successfully capture outcomes and see them through to completion
Track team progress against committed deliverables and work with the team to identify risks, dependencies, and solutions to ensure timely and successful delivery
Work with the development team to create delivery timelines of feature sets for projects, and partner across various tracks and business leaders to sequence the work based on priorities
Collaborate with other TPMs to understand cross-team dependencies, prioritize the work to avoid impediments, identify single points of failure for discussion and decision
Attend project meetings and communicate program progress against defined milestones and delivery risks to various levels of executive leadership.
Ensure transparency of progress and issues/risks. Proactively drive risk mitigation and contingency planning, along with issue resolution
Track and report key program metrics, informing stakeholders as appropriate
Ruthless prioritization and ability to handle multiple team requests and balance that against competing priorities and committed work
Independently manage activities and resolve conflict within associated teams, with minimal influence from management
Effortlessly sift through "noise and facilitate discussions and activities with a laser focus towards results
Basic Qualifications:
Experience managing large-scale, strategic, software development programs in a well-established global technology organization
Proven experience in working in complex yet ambiguous environments managing multiple stakeholders
Strong ability to articulate complex processes
Demonstrated ability with Agile project management
Proactive desire to strive for personal best alongside advocating for continual improvement, empowerment, and growing transparency
Technical knowledge of architecture and development practices
Experience in leading teams through improvement through process re-engineering
Excellent people skills, including the ability to influence various audience and various levels
Demonstrated tenacity and comfortable with ambiguity
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must understand the impact of injecting requests to the team's backlog
Tools expert including Atlassian Suite and desktop tools: Airtable, Google suite
Required Education:
Bachelors Degree
