Hello,

Hiring Onbase developer, Candidate should reside in MA/NH/RI/CT/VT/ME/NY

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement OnBase solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain custom workflows, Unity Forms, scripts, and integrations using OnBase APIs and .NET framework.
  • Write efficient SQL queries and manage database interactions related to OnBase.
  • Collaborate with business users, analysts, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into robust solutions.
  • Ensure solutions comply with accessibility standards (ADA, WCAG) and support assistive technologies (JAWS, NVDA, Dragon).
  • Test and troubleshoot solutions thoroughly to minimize impact and cascading issues.
  • Prepare and document solutions for deployment, working closely with deployment teams.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams.
  • Support integration efforts with external systems (ERP, HR, CRM, etc.) using APIs or other middleware.
  • Stay current with OnBase product updates and best practices to improve solution quality.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional OnBase development experience required; 8+ years preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and experience writing complex queries.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and .NET (C# preferred) for custom scripting and API integration.
  • Experience with OnBase API (Unity API, REST API) for integrations and automation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Experience mentoring junior developers or working in team environments is a plus.
  • Experience building ADA-compliant solutions and working with accessibility tools like JAWS and Dragon is a plus
  • Active Hyland OnBase certifications is a plus.
