JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of ETL processes using IBM DataStage
Manage and mentor a team of DataStage developers, providing guidance and support on best practices and technical issues.
Collaborate with business analysts, DBAs, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into technical specifications.
Developer and maintain complex ETL jobs, data pipelines and transformations.
Optimize ETL processes for performance scalability, and reliability.
Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues, providing timely solutions and documentation.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Assist in planning and execution of data migration and integration projects.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5-7 years' experience leading and managing ETL development projects and teams.
Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and database design.
Proficiency in SQL and experience and relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, DB2)
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Experience with version control )e.g., GIT, SVN.)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
