Data Quality Leader (ServiceNow)
Atlanta, GA, Hybrid (4 days on site)
12+Month Contract

The Data Quality Leader will play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of data, across used or created by the ServiceNow platform. This position is critical in supporting strategic decision-making and operational excellence by establishing robust data governance frameworks and implementing best practices in data management.

Scope:

  • Develop and implement data quality standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address data quality issues.
  • Drive initiatives aimed at improving data accuracy and reliability.
  • Oversee data quality assessments, audits, and continuous improvement processes.
Deliverables:
  • Comprehensive data quality strategy and framework.
  • Regular data quality assessment reports and dashboards.
  • Action plans for data quality improvement initiatives.
  • Documentation of data governance policies and procedures.
  • Training materials and workshops for data quality awareness.
  • Monthly progress reports to senior management.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of data quality strategies across the organization.
  • Collaborate with IT and business units to ensure alignment on data quality objectives.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify data quality issues.
  • Develop and maintain data quality metrics and KPIs.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance data quality competencies among staff.
  • Report on data quality initiatives and progress to senior leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in data management and data quality leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices.
  • Experience with ServiceNow s products and relational databases
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience in data analysis tools.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Bachelor's degree in data science, information management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Certification in data management or data governance is a plus.
