Job Description:
In this contingent resource assignment, candidate may:

  • Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Systems Operations Engineering and contribute to large-scale planning related to Systems Operations Engineering deliverables.
  • Review and analyze moderately complex Systems Operations Engineering challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
  • Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Systems Operations Engineering deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with client personnel in Systems Operations Engineering.
Required Qualifications:
  • 4 plus years of Systems Engineering or Technology Architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
In addition to Systems Operations experience, required qualifications:
  • 2 plus years of experience with Enterprise level support, maintaining RightFax and other fax systems in a Production Operations environment.
  • This includes application installation, upgrades, vulnerability management, incident and change management, migrations between fax systems.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
  • Troubleshooting of complex issues and root cause analysis
  • Incident and Change Management
  • Monitoring and Observability
  • Willing to work outside of normal hours and on-call rotation as needed.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience with RightFax Connect Hybrid - this is a big plus
  • Experience with Faxcom/Biscom
  • Scripting languages - SQL, VBScript, PowerShell
  • Windows Server, Telephony, SIP, T.38, printers, SMTP, and Active Directory
  • M365 and Azure AD and familiarity with Hybrid solutions
  • Experience with Enterprise tools: Service Now, Agile Kanban/Jira, Thousand Eyes, and other monitoring and observability tools.
Note:
  • Additional Locations considered: Dallas, TX, Chandler, AZ, Iselin, NJ
  • This position is part of the EFT Platform Fax Operations Team. Solid Production Operations Enterprise Level 3 Backend RightFax application experience is a must.
  • The environment is on-prem Rightfax and Faxcom and both are moving to Rightfax Connect Hybrid. Do not send resumes without Rightfax Backend experience.
