Bilingual Service Desk Analyst
Responsibilities
- Work assigned Service Desk ticket queues:
- Work a variety of tickets for all types of customers (consumers, regulators, and industry partners);
- Work access management tickets for regulators and industry partners;
- Answer consumer tickets, which primarily focus on our proprietary Insurance policy locator software.
- Answer phone calls from external customers, which include regulators, industry partners, and consumers.
Requirements
- Must be fluent in Spanish.
- Call Center/Contact Center experience.
- Entry-level technical experience; ability to troubleshoot browser issues, set-up user accounts, reset passwords, etc.
- Phone-based customer service experience (30+ calls per day).
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred
- Experience with Jira Service Management.
