Job Description
This is a distinctly specialized Operational Technology (OT) and facilities-focused program management role—not a traditional IT position. You'll take ownership of OT systems across every building globally, managing industrial controls, building management systems, and critical infrastructure. This program focuses on equipment replacement, OT system standardization, and data collection integration into centralized database systems across manufacturing facilities and data centers worldwide.
Reporting to the Global Director of Operational Technology, you'll lead projects involving SCADA, EPMS (Electrical Power Monitoring Systems), and BMS (Building Management Systems). You'll work closely with operations teams who actively use these systems daily, coordinating firmware updates, patching cycles, building upgrades, and control system implementations. This role requires someone with deep knowledge of electrical/mechanical systems including HVAC, cooling systems, pumps, motors, and industrial control infrastructure.
The ideal candidate has an electrical engineering or industrial software engineering background and is passionate about operational technology in industrial manufacturing environments. You thrive managing complex, contract-critical programs where operations teams depend on your leadership to keep critical building systems running smoothly.
Note: March marks the start of the new fiscal year; conversion to permanent hire depends on budget availability tied to FY planning.
