Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Field Services Technician to join a collaborative and supportive IT team. This role involves providing desktop support to both remote and onsite staff across various agencies. The technician will be responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining desktops, laptops, tablets, software, copiers, printers, and phones. Occasional assistance with routers and network switches may also be required.

Occasional assistance with routers and network switches may also be required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on and remote desktop support for end users.
- Configure, install, and maintain computer equipment and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
- Utilize ticketing systems (preferably ServiceNow) to manage and resolve support requests.
- Deliver excellent customer service and communicate effectively with users.
- Travel locally as needed using provided transportation.
Required Skills:
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Experience with desktop and peripheral support, including deployment and installation.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems, we use ServiceNow.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
