Job Description:
We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of an enterprise AI assistant platform. The platform supports use cases such as knowledge retrieval, writing assistance, translation, and approvals using natural language interaction. It is accessible via web, mobile, and collaboration tools, and will integrate a centralized AI marketplace.
The Product Manager will be responsible for defining the product roadmap, managing requirements, prioritizing features, and working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact AI capabilities aligned with enterprise standards.
Responsibilities:
- Define product vision and roadmap
- Manage product backlog and feature prioritization
- Work with design and engineering to define requirements and user stories
- Ensure delivery of scalable, consistent user experience across channels
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align on goals and milestones
- Support integration of AI tools into a centralized marketplace
- Use Agile processes for planning, delivery, and release cycles
- Track adoption metrics, user feedback, and platform performance
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Experience working on AI, SaaS, or enterprise platforms
- Understanding of Generative AI and natural language interfaces
- Familiarity with Agile methodology
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work with engineering, UX, compliance, and business teams
