How you'll make an impact:

SiriusXM is looking for a Senior Director, Product Management for our Commerce Platform.This is a critical leadership role of our commerce platform. This individual will be responsible for leading the development and management of innovative commerce products that meet the needs of our customers and drive our business goals.This includes identifying new product opportunities, defining product requirements, and working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to bring products to market.This is a key role in our product strategy, focusing on maximizing revenue and subscribers, improving customer experience, and achieving operational efficiency.

What you'll do
  • Product Strategy: Develop and articulate a clear vision and strategy for Commerce Products, aligning with the business strategy.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, using insights to inform the product strategy.
  • Roadmap: Define and manage the roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on impact and customer value.
  • Feature Development: Lead team members to work closely with engineering and design teams to define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new features and enhancements.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Commercial and Finance teams on roadmap prioritization, successful product launches, go-to-market strategies, and achievement of business and customer targets.
  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of product managers and related staff, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration and accountability.
  • Performance metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators for commerce products and making data-driven decisions.

What you'll need:
  • 12+ Years experience working in Commerce Product Management, with a significant focus on subscription based business models.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field and/or equivalent experience; MBA degree strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful product strategies in a subscription context.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience building and managing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Deep understanding of customer journeys and user experience best practices for subscription products.
  • Expertise in Stripe's Product Suite
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Agile and adaptable, able to operate in ambiguity and a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S
