Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced QA Manager to lead and manage quality assurance operations, ensuring products, processes, and deliverables meet organizational and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will oversee QA teams, develop and implement testing frameworks, collaborate with cross-functional departments, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage QA team members.
• Develop and execute QA strategies, test plans, and process improvements.
• Monitor quality metrics and report results to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to resolve issues.
