As a Software Engineer in this contingent resource assignment, you will contribute to complex projects and initiatives within Software Engineering, working closely with teams to ensure high-quality deliverables. Responsibilities
- Participate in software development initiatives, ensuring scalable and efficient solutions.
- Review and analyze technical challenges, identifying and implementing strategic solutions.
- Maintain compliance with industry standards, policies, and best practices.
- Contribute to large-scale software engineering deliverables and project planning.
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to enhance technical outcomes.
- 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering, or equivalent through professional work, consulting experience, training, military service, or education.
- Proficiency in .NET, ETL, SQL Server, and Dynamics CRM.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to optimize system performance.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced technical environments and contribute to innovative solutions.
