Are you a highly accomplished digital consulting professional with a proven track record of driving significant business transformation and revenue growth? Do you excel at forging and leveraging C-level relationships to secure multi-million dollar deals? We are seeking an exceptional Client Partner to join our rapidly expanding consulting practice, a critical driver of our strategic growth objectives.
This is a pivotal leadership role where you will guide multi-disciplinary teams through complex consulting engagements, create and position strategic change agendas within our largest accounts, and operate at the intersection of complex business and IT customer solutions.

responsibilities:
Drive Profitable Growth & New Business Development
- Develop and actively manage a robust pipeline of high-value opportunities.
- Leverage and document your existing strong C-Level and Executive-level relationships within your target industry to identify and convert new client logos.
- Undertake detailed scoping and fee negotiation on engagements, ensuring profitability, managing margin expectations, and containing risk.
- Support the identification, pursuit, and conversion of a consistent pipeline of business development opportunities.
Provide Strategic Solutioning & Deep Expertise
- Act as a subject matter expert and thought leader in your designated domain, such as:
- Business Transformation
- IT Transformation
- Cloud / Hyperscalers
- Application Modernization
- Data Modernization
- AI and Generative AI
- Develop compelling, strategic proposals and lead responses to complex Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
- Design and solution large-scale AI, Cloud, Business Transformation, Application, and Data Modernization consulting and integration projects, aligning with C-level client needs.
Lead Client Engagement & Oversee Delivery
- Build and maintain deep, trusted relationships with client CXOs, establishing yourself as a "go-to" advisor for senior executives.
- Lead C-level client interactions and oversee consulting initiatives, deliverables, and outputs of deal engagements.
- Partner effectively with both customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring high quality client work and client satisfaction.
- Oversee the successful delivery of the projects you originate and sell, ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction, particularly in pre or post-deal transaction environments.
Leadership & Strategic Contribution
- Lead by example, fostering a culture of continuous personal and professional development within your teams.
- Utilize your industry and technology expertise to shape and drive the company's strategic initiatives.
- Drive external eminence and innovation, establishing a strong personal and organizational brand in the industry.
- Proactively develop thought leadership and intellectual capital.

qualifications:
- Documented Sales Success: Ability to provide concrete evidence of contributions to wins over the past five years, including details on contract value (signings $M), annual revenue yield, and profitability (sold at margin). Demonstrated success driving $5 million to $20 million in annual consulting sales.
- Deep Domain Knowledge: Expertise in one or two of the following areas: Business Transformation, IT Transformation, Cloud / Hyperscalers, Application Modernization, Data Modernization, AI and Generative AI.
- Executive Relationship Network: Possess strong, existing C-Level and Executive-level relationships within a target industry, with the ability to document specific companies and the level of these relationships. Priority will be given to candidates with executive relationships in their industry target and geographic market (e.g., major utilities in the Upper Midwest cities like Chicago, Minneapolis, Detroit, etc.).
- Extensive experience in client engagement and relationship management at the CXO level.
- Proven ability to grow a major account by engaging across Lines of Business, Operations, and the overall C-Suite to drive technology-based transformation deals.
- Demonstrable ability to build and commercialize relationships with senior executives.
- Proven track record of leading and executing complex projects with multi-disciplinary teams in a consulting, corporate, or public sector environment.
- Effective financial acumen with experience in driving revenue growth and managing margins.
- Experience managing or supporting high-value business development activities with senior stakeholders.
- Prior experience leading or advising large-scale transformation programs for Insurance clients in areas such as operational excellence, claims automation, risk mitigation, and technology modernization.
- In-depth experience to help clients navigate Enterprise Transformation, digital disruption, data governance, AI adoption, cloud migration, and cybersecurity challenges.
- In-depth expertise in either Commercial or Personal Lines insurance, and understanding of the differences between the two with respect to operations and technology transformation.
