Type: Contract (3+ months) (Subject to extension and possible full time)


Location: Remote (with a requirement to travel to onsite when required)


Citizenship Requirement: ship mandatory (Prior DoD project experience preferred)


Experience Level: 5-7 years


Pay Rate: $55-$70/hour (depending on experience)



Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced Integration Technical Support Engineer to support integration of SYFT with ERPs or other systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET development, SQL Server, and enterprise integration support, with a focus on security and compliance standards.



Technical skills:



  • C# / .NET Framework (4.8) development experience

  • Strong knowledge of SQL Server - queries, stored procedures, performance tuning

  • Experience with Windows Authentication and Active Directory integration

  • IIS (Internet Information Services) configuration, hosting, management, and troubleshooting

  • Developing and supporting APIs (REST, SOAP)

  • Consuming and integrating with third-party APIs

  • Strong skills in log file analysis for troubleshooting integration and application issues

  • Familiarity with Postman, SoapUI, Fiddler for API and integration testing

  • PowerShell scripting for automation and server administration tasks

  • Working knowledge of Windows Server environments

  • Understanding of database connectivity, connection pooling, and domain authentication

  • Experience with network analysis tools like Wireshark for packet tracing and debugging

  • Knowledge of SSL/TLS, certificate management, and secure coding practices

  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines for deployment of integrations

  • Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) processes

  • Prior experience in working with DoD customers or working in a highly regulated environment (understanding STIG compliance requirements)

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve integration and support issues efficiently

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills for issue documentation, knowledge sharing, and customer interactions

  • Ability to collaborate with functional, security, and infrastructure teams

  • Quick learner of new tools, systems, and compliance requirements

  • Ability to create technical documentation, interface specifications, and support runbooks

  • Mindset to understand and address customer pain points promptly and professionally

  • Ability to prioritize incidents, enhancements, and scheduled support tasks efficiently
