As the Talent Acquisition Support Coordinator, you will provide administrative operational global support for the recruitment process for our Talent Acquisition (TA) team based in the U.S. We are seeking someone who is highly organized and communicative, has a keen eye for details, works with a heightened sense of urgency, and can consistently meet deadlines. This position reports to the Manager, Global TA Operations and Programs.
- Coordinate candidate interviews, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and logistics for virtual and onsite interviews
- Support candidate processing and onboarding activities by preparing offer letters, initiating background checks, reviewing employee records, and coordinating new hire transactions between Talent Acquisition (TA) and People Experience (PX) systems
- Update confidential candidate, employee, and user information within applicant tracking systems (ATS), and manage the offboarding process by processing employee terminations in TA systems and related tools
- Conduct professional reference checks by reaching out to listed individuals, ensuring all feedback is recorded accurately and promptly, and maintaining thorough documentation within the candidates profile
- Assist with the redeploying employees for individuals impacted by role changes by partnering with the PX team, managing communications, uploading resumes to the ATS, and supporting the TA team to identify potential opportunities and support seamless internal transitions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across the global Talent Acquisition organization to provide support when needed
- Take on ad-hoc tasks and projects as they arise
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree
- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant professional experience within Talent Acquisition
- Effective English communication skills, verbal and written, and interpersonal skills to collaborate cross-functionally
- Ability to adapt, navigate, and thrive a fast-paced environment, with an ability to multi-task and manage shifting priorities
- Adept at meeting deadlines to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
- Proficient with applicant tracking systems; Taleo and Bullhorn strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook) and Zoom Workplace; exposure to Workday a plus
- Have a high level of professionalism and integrity, particularly regarding confidential information
- Experience working with international teams; supporting US-based operations is required
