Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with deep expertise in Apex, LWC, and system integrations to join our growing team supporting enterprise-level CRM transformation initiatives. You'll be working onsite in Dallas, TX, developing scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple business functions (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, and more), and integrating with internal and third-party systems using AWS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL
- Develop and manage system integrations via REST, SOAP, BULK, and Streaming APIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and convert them into robust Salesforce capabilities
- Develop triggers, workflows, validation rules, flows, and custom components
- Participate in daily Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning
- Maintain and optimize integrations with AWS services (Lambda, S3, AppFlow, etc.)
- Ensure code quality via version control, pull requests, and automated CI/CD pipelines
- Contribute to technical design documentation, unit testing, and performance tuning
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and modern UI development
- Strong background integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs
- Experience across major Salesforce clouds:
- Sales Cloud
- Service Cloud
- Experience Cloud/Communities
- Marketing Cloud/Account Engagement
- Data Cloud
- Working knowledge of AWS core services (Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, AppFlow, etc.)
- Solid experience with SQL and complex business logic development
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, App Builder, etc.)
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and metadata-driven development
- Experience in CI/CD pipelines, Git, and version control best practices
- Agile/Scrum experience
- Proven track record of leading or participating in 2+ full life-cycle implementations
