RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Redmond, WA that is seeking a Content Designer.
Summary:
Join a talented UX team that designs with words instead of pixels. As a Content Designer, you'll help shape user experiences across the clients platform, focusing on fundamentals like communities, people, and places. You'll create clear, concise content that drives user clarity and aligns with business objectives. Responsibilities:
* Design thoughtful and user-centered content across Teams Free experiences
* Translate complex ideas into simple, human, and helpful language
* Collaborate closely with design, product, and engineering partners
* Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and cross-functional check-ins
* Take on a mix of net-new and in-flight projects; reprioritize as needed with design leads
* Create content that supports business goals, customer outcomes, and design systems
REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of experience in content design, UX writing, or product writing (not journalism, marketing, or copywriting)
* Solid grasp of UX principles and content strategy across digital interfaces
* Experience in enterprise or consumer technology environments (Microsoft experience is a plus)
* Strong communication and self-management skills-especially in ambiguous environments
* Familiarity with Figma, Microsoft Teams, and other MSFT products
* Bonus: Knowledge of messaging platforms (like Slack) and AI licensing models (e.g., Copilot)
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
