Job Description:
Operating System Support: Proficient in supporting Windows 10/11 and macOS platforms, including troubleshooting OS-level issues and managing updates.
Microsoft 365 Expertise: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suite, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive support.
Ticketing Systems: Experienced in using ServiceNow for incident tracking, service requests, and workflow management.
Remote & Onsite Support: Capable of diagnosing and resolving software and hardware issues both remotely and in person.
Device Management Tools: Hands-on experience with JAMF for macOS device management and Autopilot for Windows provisioning.
Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Strong analytical skills for identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions across a range of technical issues.
Team Collaboration & Independence: Comfortable working independently or as part of a cross-functional team in fast-paced environments.
Network Support: Familiar with basic networking tasks, including hands-and-feet support for routers, switches, and cabling.
