Job Description:
We are looking for a Payroll Lead with deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll to join our team. This position is primarily remote, with some travel to client sites as required. In this customer-facing role, you will lead payroll operations and implementation efforts, ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll processes for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end payroll processes using Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, design solutions, and configure payroll modules.
• Drive payroll implementations, enhancements, and support activities.
• Ensure payroll compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and IT teams to maintain data integrity and seamless integrations.
• Lead testing cycles (UAT, regression, parallel testing) for payroll configurations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, resolving payroll-related issues and providing best practices.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of payroll experience with at least 5+ years focused on Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.
• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Payroll, Fast Formulas, and Integrations.
• Proven experience in customer-facing roles such as consulting or client engagement.
• Solid understanding of payroll compliance, reporting, and audit requirements.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with flexibility for client travel.
