Program Manager Tech 4

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a Program Manager Tech 4 in Redmond, WA.

Summary:
The role will consist of analysis and understanding current state against international standards and regulations to drive data to understand the current state of each building. On the mechanical side, you will start locating and identifying problems start partnering with the data centers themselves and the engineering groups to then develop and our outside design firms to then develop and drive solutions and then work with operations to get those implemented.

The second part of the role is working on data analysis, defining gaps and then seeing how we address those gaps. Working with our partners and engineering operations, you will work with sustainability, environmental compliance, and a whole bunch of other groups to make sure there are defined plans to address the gaps and then marching toward the certifications and/or compliance to regulation.

Typical Day in the Role:
* Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is to drive reduction in water power use in the Data Centers
* Key projects: This role will contribute to the electrical side of the project

REQUIREMENTS:
* Degrees or certifications required: No specific degree required for the role
* 8-10 overall years of experience in the field
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience with Office Products
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience with Kusto
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience with Azure DevOps
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience with SharePoint
* Best: The ideal resume must have an -Impact Statement-, There will be a technical, a true technical component; They're going to have to be able to grasp and understand calculus, mathematics, thermodynamics, things of that nature; They don't need to know it, but they do need to be able to have the desire and skill set to learn it, be organized, drive results, be willing to learn

* European Energy Directive
* ISO30134-series of standards
* European Green Public Procurement
* European Trade Schema
* EU Taxonomy

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
