We re looking for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Administrator / Project Coordinator with Oracle Service Cloud expertise and a knack for managing medium-sized projects. In this dual role, you ll enhance our CRM systems, streamline integrations, and coordinate projects to drive efficiency and innovation.
Interview Type: Web Cam or In Person
What You ll Do:
Configure & maintain CRM settings, workflows, campaigns, surveys, and user permissions.
Manage data integrity, migrations, integrations, and cleanup.
Collaborate with teams to recommend operational improvements and customizations.
Provide application administration, troubleshooting, and support.
Develop and maintain Intelligent Advisor interviews.
Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, documentation, and meetings.
What We re Looking For:
2 3 years of CRM administration experience (Oracle Service Cloud, Salesforce, or similar).
1 2 years in project coordination/management.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
Experience with tools like Jira, Trello, Confluence, or Asana.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
Preferred: Prior public sector experience.
