Job Title: Project Manager Location: Alpharetta, GA or New York, NY (Hybrid: 2 3 days onsite/week)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team in either Alpharetta, GA or New York, NY. This hybrid role is ideal for a proactive, organized, and collaborative individual with strong Agile project management skills and a background in financial services technology.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple Agile projects, ensuring successful delivery on time and within scope.

Coach and mentor Scrum teams to enhance performance and ensure Agile best practices.

Continuously develop, refine, and implement effective processes and development standards across teams.

Provide strategic insights and thought leadership to senior management based on industry best practices.

Identify, assess, and mitigate project and portfolio risks; propose actionable solutions.

Maintain a centralized knowledge base to ensure transparency and accessibility of project-related information.

Communicate project status, challenges, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and leadership.

Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to plan and execute meetings and project activities.

Utilize tools like JIRA for project tracking, reporting, and process management.

Analyze project trends and data to identify opportunities for improvement and make tactical or strategic recommendations.

Drive accountability and performance in a complex, fast-paced, and global work environment.

Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as an Agile Project Manager with a proven track record of successful project delivery.

Strong experience mentoring and guiding Agile teams (Scrum squads).

Proficiency with Agile project management tools such as JIRA.

Exceptional communication skills both oral and written with the ability to articulate ideas and project updates clearly.

Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills; able to manage competing priorities and deadlines.

Experience working in the financial services domain, particularly with technology-related initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of Wealth Management and Banking Technology applications.

Experience working in a global, cross-functional environment.

Prior exposure to portfolio-level project management and governance.
