Title: Dynamics 365 Support Engineer

Location: Charlotte, NC (Onsite)

Duration: Long Term

Job Description:

  • Seeking a motivated Microsoft Dynamics 365 Support Engineer for our production support team.
  • Provide day-to-day production support, monitoring, and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365-based solutions.
  • Monitor system health and performance, and efficiently resolve incidents and user-reported issues.
  • Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to escalate and resolve complex problems.
  • Participate in root cause analysis, assist with patching and upgrades, and support change management processes.
  • Requires 1-3 years of experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM, F&O, or Business Central).
  • Familiarity with Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and integration is a must.
  • Basic understanding of the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) is a plus.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, along with excellent communication abilities, are essential.
  • Exposure to Azure services, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools like App Insights is preferred.
