Job Summary :

We are seeking a Program Manager to lead large, cross-functional enterprise programs within our Technology team. This role requires strong delivery ownership across complex system landscapes, a clear approach to execution, and deep partnership with Product and Delivery leaders.

What will you do?

  • Drive end-to-end delivery of enterprise programs with clear, milestone-driven plans, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Own program financials: forecast, track actuals, manage budget, and flag risks early.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues, escalate appropriately, and maintain schedule and cost alignment.
  • Navigate ambiguity, time-box decisions, and hold leaders accountable for timely input.
  • Define and execute pre/post-implementation plans, including quality control and communication strategies.
  • Manage a bundle of dotted-line Project Managers supporting various workstreams. Provide guidance and mentorship to ensure program-wide alignment and execution excellence.
  • Act as a Principal TPM and coach to other PMs, helping them resolve blockers, strengthen delivery discipline, and elevate project success outcomes.
  • Independently manage programs without dedicated PM support when needed.
  • Produce accurate, actionable status reports (Scope, Schedule, Cost), clearly outlining issues, owners, and resolution timelines.
  • Engage third-party vendors in partnership with Product, VMO, and Delivery teams; support SOW creation and vendor management.
  • Anticipate program interdependence and strategic risks, coordinate mitigations.
  • Champion program execution best practices using established PM tools and methodologies.
  • Lead and motivate high-performing, cross-functional teams, foster collaboration across engineering, QA, product, and architecture.

What are we looking for?

  • Retail domain experience strongly preferred, with proven ability to work across diverse business areas such as eCommerce, Order Management, Finance, and third-party integrations.
  • Bachelor s or master s degree, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in Program Management, leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success integrating systems across multi-platform and complex technical environments.
  • Proven track record in creating and managing comprehensive program plans, aligning multiple teams and dependencies.
  • Expert-level proficiency with project management methodologies and tools, including Jira throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Skilled in estimating, budgeting, story development, technical analysis, and defect tracking.
  • Strong ability to track and analyze project metrics and trends to drive execution and improvement.
  • Comfortable discussing technical concepts, evaluating trade-offs, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, collaboration, and influencing skills.
  • Highly analytical, with a strong bias for data-driven decision making and prioritization.
  • Execution-focused, hands-on leader with a roll up your sleeves mentality to get things done.
