Qualifications:
The compensation for this position is $100 to $120 per hour depending on experience and qualifications. Employees are also eligible for performance-based bon to participate in a performance-based incentive plan. This position is eligible for a benefits package including; medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, 7 paid holidays and 13 days accrued PTO.

Qualifications:
- Experience must have an Enterprise Architecture background with a specialization around Business Application Architecture that includes both Commercial Off-the-Shelf Software solutions that are heavily integrated with an overabundance of custom developed software solutions of varying technology stacks such as Microsoft .NET, Java and LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, & PHP).
- Experience must include Application Architecture assessments across the most complex CA Government environments with the ability to graphically depict Enterprise Architecture (EA) as-is inventory against both technology and business relevance for Executive Stakeholder consumption and IT Investment modernization/decision making.
- Experience in overly heterogenous and complex EA Modeling and EA Graphical representation is also a necessity.
- 5-8 years of infrastructure and application maintenance support
- Experience with administration and maintenance of integrations and interoperability's with legacy technologies
- Experience working with the State level Departments
- Hands on experience with building and maintaining interfaces and data storage for public sector legacy solutions
- Hands on experience developing application and infrastructure roadmaps
- Experience with working with executives and sponsors to define and execute a modernization roadmap
