What awaits you:
Support the alignment, implementation, programming, teaching and optimization of automation equipment for samplings and trial runs of injection and blow molded products
Align with internal Advanced Manufacturing standards to support the creation of feasible Statements of Work.
Participate in equipment and tooling sign-offs
Programming of blow molding and injection molding machines, downlines, cooling stations, welding machines, and leak testes, etc.
Assist the establishment of work instructions to foster automation standards
Execute troubleshooting for machine functions and automated process steps
Support SMED activities
What you'll need to succeed:
Technical degree in programming or related field and minimum 2 years experience or a Bachelor degree in engineering is required.
First work experience in an automated high volume manufacturing environment (automotive preferred)
Knowledge within the Siemens S7 programming tools
Knowledge in robot teaching (Kuka, ABB, Fanuc)
Familiar with blow molding and injection molding process engineering.
Experience with pneumatic, hydraulic and electric systems
