Senior PM

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a hybrid Senior PM to join their team in Miamisburg, OH. This role will focus on managing migration efforts across several international regions, including Canada, Australia, the Middle East, and India. The ideal candidate will be based on the U.S. East Coast, able to coordinate seamlessly with both U.S.-based teams and international stakeholders across multiple time zones.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end website and content migration projects across multiple regional LexisNexis domains
* Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and communication strategies to ensure successful execution
* Coordinate across global stakeholders including marketing, content, UX, IT, and localization teams
* Lead cross-functional meetings to track progress, address risks, manage change requests, and resolve issues
* Provide weekly project status updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders
* Monitor KPIs and milestones to ensure migration tasks are completed on time and within scope
* Partner with content strategists and web development teams to ensure high-quality delivery and adherence to brand and compliance standards
* Manage vendors and third-party collaborators involved in the site migration and localization process

REQUIREMENTS:
* PMP or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus
* 5-10 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in website migrations, content management, or digital marketing projects
* Proven experience working with global teams and international markets
* Familiarity with web CMS platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress, Sitecore) and content migration workflows
* Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Experience with Agile or hybrid project management methodologies
* Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
* Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders across time zones

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
