- Manage and update work items in Azure DevOps.

- Process federal regulation changes through quarterly batch adjustments.
- Regularly update and delete holidays.
- Research and correct payment reconciliation reports.
- Create new specifications or update existing specifications when code changes are made.
- Process help desk tickets for batch abends and redirect functionality-related questions.
- Analyze and test software upgrades.
- Provide level-of-effort estimates for Fiscal Notes.
- Investigate and research questions and problems from business units.
- Handle errors occurring during nightly runs.
- Coordinate printing of forms for testing new or changed forms.
- Analyze issues related to missing or incorrect forms and determine root causes.
- Maintain daily batch support.
- Coordinate scheduling of batch jobs.
- Maintain batch job flow charts using VISIO.
- Perform unit testing and system testing.
- Support quality assurance testing (QAT).
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Document test plans.
- Document test results.
- Conduct unit and system testing prior to sending fixes or enhancements for UAT.
