Job Details

Title: System Administrator IV - Microsoft

Location: 100% Remote
Employment Type: Full-Time/Perm

Compensation:
Pay Range: $130,000-$150,000 Per Year

Job Summary:
* This role involves managing large-scale enterprise infrastructure environments with a focus on domain services.
* The position is remote and full-time, requiring expertise in designing secure, scalable architectures and providing top-tier technical authority. Candidates should have extensive experience in enterprise-level domain and identity services.

Key Responsibilities:
* Design and maintain enterprise-level domain environments, including structure and identity synchronization.
* Lead policy design and management, implementing security baselines and automation.
* Manage and optimize domain infrastructure for high availability and security.
* Develop identity and access management strategies, integrating advanced security policies.
* Provide escalation support for domain-related incidents and performance optimization.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
* Twelve years of progressive systems administration experience, with seven years focused on domain services in large enterprises.
* Certification in domain and identity management.
* Strong scripting and automation skills.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
