Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Project Manager to lead enterprise Oracle Applications projects within the Public Sector. The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of Oracle solutions in alignment with the project charter or contractual commitments. This role requires strong leadership, project governance expertise, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams across multiple stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage Oracle Enterprise Applications projects from initiation through closure

  • Ensure delivery of project scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables

  • Develop, manage, and maintain project plans, budgets, schedules, and staffing models

  • Coordinate and manage resources including IBM teams, client stakeholders, and third-party vendors

  • Apply appropriate project management methodologies to ensure successful execution

  • Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans

  • Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to senior leadership and stakeholders

  • Ensure compliance with Public Sector standards, governance, and reporting requirements

  • Drive effective collaboration across technical and business teams


Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in Oracle Enterprise Applications

  • Mandatory experience working on Public Sector projects

  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices

  • Experience managing large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders

  • Ability to manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and resources effectively

  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
