Job Description:

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Wireless QA Engineer to join our team and contribute to the testing and validation of wireless CPE devices such as routers and modems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of QA methodologies, bug life cycles, and testing processes with hands-on experience in functional and API testing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, maintain, and execute detailed test cases and scripts for wireless CPE validation.
  • Review and analyze system specifications and requirements to ensure compliance.
  • Conduct various types of testing, including Regression, Integration, End-to-End, and Sanity testing.
  • Utilize testing inventory tools such as Octane or TestRail for release and test management.
  • Perform API testing using tools like Postman or SOAP API.
  • Gather and analyze test data using logging tools like Splunk or Datadog.
  • Track and manage issues using JIRA or other ticketing tools.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team and communicate findings clearly.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • 3-6+ years of experience in QA testing, preferably with wireless CPE devices (routers/modems).
  • Basic knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting.
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, bug life cycles, and test processes.
  • Hands-on experience with test management tools, API testing, and issue tracking systems.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment with strong teamwork and communication skills.
