Job Details

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Desktop Support Specialist (DSS) to join our IT team. This role is responsible for supporting in-house teams, resolving helpdesk tickets in person, and ensuring the smooth operation of desktops, laptops, peripherals, and related software across the organization.

  • Proven experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk roles.

  • Strong knowledge of PC hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS preferred), and standard office applications.

  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently, with strong documentation skills.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Experience working with vendors and external agencies is a plus.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a team environment.
