We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Desktop Support Specialist (DSS) to join our IT team. This role is responsible for supporting in-house teams, resolving helpdesk tickets in person, and ensuring the smooth operation of desktops, laptops, peripherals, and related software across the organization.
Proven experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk roles.
Strong knowledge of PC hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS preferred), and standard office applications.
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently, with strong documentation skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Experience working with vendors and external agencies is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a team environment.
