IAM Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Altamonte Springs, FL that is seeking an IAM Engineer.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain IAM solutions using SailPoint IdentityNow, Radiant Logic, and Active Directory
* Write and optimize PowerShell scripts for automation and integration
* Customize SailPoint workflows, rules, and policies to meet business needs
* Support identity federation, directory synchronization, and role-based access control
* Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to implement IAM best practices
* Assist with integration efforts, especially around Workday Student and other enterprise platforms

REQUIREMENTS:
* Hands-on experience developing within SailPoint IdentityNow (rules, workflows, policies)
* Strong scripting skills in PowerShell
* Experience with Radiant Logic (preferably cloud version)
* Solid understanding of Active Directory and identity lifecycle management
* Coding experience in Java and/or C# (Java preferred for SailPoint/Radiant Logic work)
* Proven ability to work independently and deliver high-quality IAM solutions

Preferred:
* Experience with Workday Student or similar student information systems
* Exposure to IAM in higher education environments
* Familiarity with compliance standards (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NAIC)

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
