Job Title: Automation Tester (Exp in Leapwork & Selenium)

Location: Annapolis, MD (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Qualification:

• At least ten (10) years of experience in Quality Assurance, including requirements review, scenario/script design, and development of QA test scripts.
• Minimum of eight (8) years' experience across diverse IT environments, including both cloud and on-premise solutions.
• At least three (3) LeapWork test scripting engagements within the past thirty-six (36) months.
• Proficiency with tracking tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools such as LeapWork, Selenium, Silk Test, or Rational Functional Tester.

• Strong documentation and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to interpret test cases for both high-level and functional processes.
• Proven capability to work effectively in virtual and distributed team environments.

• Software testing methodologies and best practices.
• Operating systems and software development fundamentals.
• Basic SQL.
• Web and desktop application testing.
• Data-driven automation techniques.
• Automation best practices, including reusability, sub-flows, locator control, schedules, and run lists.
• Test reporting and dashboard creation.
• Performance troubleshooting methods.
• System test lifecycle, review processes, and test case documentation.
• Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Process and gap analysis.
• A written exam will be administered to assess technical expertise.
