Job Details

Job Description Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between Treasury and Information Technology teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals and priorities

  • Lead and manage Treasury technology programs and projects, including planning, execution, and delivery

  • Coordinate and oversee bank integration initiatives, including payment systems, cash management platforms, and banking interfaces

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from Treasury stakeholders

  • Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for IT teams and external vendors

  • Manage project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables

  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and drive issue resolution to ensure on-time delivery

  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between Treasury, IT, vendors, and financial institutions

  • Ensure technology solutions comply with operational, regulatory, security, and internal control requirements

  • Prepare and deliver status reports, project documentation, and stakeholder updates

  • Support implementation of process improvements and digital Treasury solutions

  • Participate in system testing, validation, and deployment activities to ensure successful adoption

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing Treasury technology programs or projects

  • Hands-on experience with bank integrations in a financial or regulated environment

  • Strong understanding of Treasury operations, payments, and cash management processes

  • Experience working closely with IT teams and technical vendors

  • Excellent requirements gathering, documentation, and communication skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders

  • Familiarity with compliance, security, and regulatory standards related to financial systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in government or financial services environments

  • Background as a techno-functional consultant or business systems lead

  • Experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) or banking platforms

  • Knowledge of payment file formats, APIs, or SWIFT integrations
