Job Description:

Pay Range: $47.13hr - $51.13hr

Responsibilities:

  • Candidateage and resolve employee queries through Jira and Workday transactions, addressing both Tier 1 and Tier 2 tickets related to benefits, parental leave, and time-off requests.
  • Standardize EX operational processes, serving as the primary contact for Centers of Excellence (COEs) on one-off requests.
  • Facilitate the transition of tasks from COEs to the Shared Service Center (SClient), working collaboratively to gather requirements and provide recommendations.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), triaging Jira queues, and ensuring efficient service delivery across global Clientlient teams.
  • Oversee the Global Anniversary Operations program, ensuring effective execution and continuous improvement.
  • Handle employment verifications, including customized Verification of Employment (VOE) letters and managing inquiries.
  • Optimize Clientlient processes, document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and implement automation for enhanced operational efficiency.
  • Process involuntary terminations in Workday, enter One-Time Payments (OTPs), and manage payroll-related transactions.
  • Facilitate new hire enrollment in Workday, ensuring accurate review of offer letters.
  • Provide regional support in North America for hiring, onboarding, benefits administration, time away program, leaves processing and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions and manage Short-Term and Long-Term Disability forms and processes.
  • Respond to data requests from the local labor boards
  • Collaborate with the Benefits team to support policy maintenance and facilitate accommodation requests.
  • Support pay equity initiatives and assist in drafting international temporary relocation agreements.
Skills Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in HR Operations.
  • Proficiency in Workday, Jira, or other HRIS and ticketing systems is required.
  • Strong understanding of employee experience operations and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Education:
  • Bachelor s degree in related field plus 6+ years of progressive HR experience in a high speed, high growth environment.
