The position is AV-heavy and highly collaborative, with a strong emphasis on live support, troubleshooting, and coordination with communications, media production, and IT teams. Candidates with backgrounds in audiovisual systems, digital content distribution, or conference/media services are strongly preferred.
This is a hands-on, onsite role based at the company’s Philadelphia headquarters, with occasional remote support of regional locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Tier 1 AV and signage support for digital signage endpoints, video walls, and interactive display systems across the enterprise.
  • Manage AV hardware including monitors, media players, cable boxes, projectors, microphones, cameras, and HDMI extenders
  • Set up and maintain digital signage templates and interactive content schedules using proprietary signage platforms
  • Troubleshoot and resolve device communication issues, including video routing, signal flow, and basic scripting logic within the signage platform.
  • Support corporate conference room systems and media production infrastructure.
  • Collaborate closely with teams in Communications, Facilities, IT, and Media Production to ensure seamless execution of content strategies.
  • Document and resolve issues using enterprise ticketing systems (e.g., Jira).
  • Assist with light scripting or logic building using JavaScript or proprietary signage languages for system automation and template management.
  • Maintain up-to-date system documentation, diagrams, and support articles.
  • Ensure excellent user experience through fast, clear, and professional support.

Qualifications
Required:
  • 1–3 years of experience in AV support, IT support, or related technical roles.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, AV Technology, or a related field—or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across AV hardware and Windows-based systems.
  • Experience with remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, VNC, RDP, or Dameware).
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira or ServiceNow).
  • Ability to lift and transport moderate-weight AV or IT equipment.
  • Strong communication skills; able to interface with both technical and non-technical users.
Preferred:
  • Hands-on experience with AV systems, conference room setups, or digital signage platforms (e.g., Four Winds Interactive, Popula).
  • Exposure to scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript) or proprietary platform logic used for interactive content configuration.
  • Understanding of RSS/JSON/XML or structured content feeds.
  • Experience working in media production environments or supporting large-scale content distribution systems.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects) or design workflows is a plus.
