Job responsibilities
- Perform formal training within Data Architecture and technology solutions
- Advises and leads on data architecture strategy and development of multiple products, applications, and technologies across a portfolio
- Translates highly complex technical issues, trends, and approaches to leadership to drive the firm's innovation and enable leaders to make strategic, well-informed decisions about data architecture for the target state
- Drives firm wide adoption and implementation of data architecture specifications in technology solutions
- Establishes and leads a data architecture governance body
- Creates durable, reusable data frameworks leveraging new technology to meet the needs of the business
- Mentors and coaches junior architects and technologists
- Champions the firm's culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Formal training or certification on Data Architecture concepts and 10+ years applied experience".
- Expert in one or more data architecture disciplines, programming languages, and applications
- Demonstrated prior experience influencing across functions and teams to deliver modern architecture
- Experience applying expertise and new methods to determine data solutions for complex architecture problems across various technical disciplines
- Extensive practical cloud native experience
- Ability to evaluate current and emerging technologies to recommend the best data architecture solutions or approach to achieve the future state architecture
