Network Security Engineer

Sentinel is seeking a Network/Security Support Engineer to join our team. In this role you will need to identify, troubleshoot, escalate and communicate technical issues and resolutions with the customer. You should have a strong technical background, structured & organized approach, and be Customer Service oriented. This is a full-time position that can be remote but must provide occasional support onsite at the Downers Grove, IL office location.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with Network Security including FTD, ACI, SD- Access, SD-WAN, and ASA
• 5+ years of experience with implementing various routing protocols in an MPLS Network
• 5+ years of experience with Cisco routers and switches
• Experience with Cisco Meraki or Palo Alto Firewalls is required
• Experience with F5, Load balancer, VXLAN
• Experience with wireless technology is highly preferred
• Cisco CCNP or CCIE certifications are preferred
• Excellent communication skills is required
• The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
• A valid driver s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• Must demonstrate a can-do attitude
