Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in provide IT systems technical support.
- Experience with Windows Desktop Operating Systems and Microsoft Office.
- Familiar with computer hardware and peripheral devices for identification and tracking purposes.
- Must be Security+ certified.
- Able to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
