IT Solutions Architect - Retail
Location: Katy, TX
Salary: $155K + 15% bonus

We are seeking a driven and experienced IT Solutions Architect to join our team in Katy, TX. In this role, you will play a key role in architecting and implementing technology solutions that support our retail operations and drive growth. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and design and implement solutions that meet those needs.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop IT solutions aligned with business goals and objectives
- Analyze and recommend relevant technologies and tools for integration and data flow
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements and ensure solution alignment
- Lead the design and implementation of integrations between various systems and applications
- Design and implement secure cloud-based solutions
- Ensure solutions adhere to industry standards and best practices
- Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and trends in the retail and IT landscape
- Document and present solutions to technical and non-technical audiences
- Manage and maintain existing IT infrastructure
Qualifications:
Must Haves:
- 7+ years of experience as an IT Solutions Architect
- 3+ years of experience in the retail industry
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
