You will work with a multi-functional team on sophisticated OLED technology investigation and as a key collaborator to enable innovative OLED processes.

Key Qualifications

Hands-on experience and proven track of record in PVD process including thermal evaporation, sputtering, etc.Expertise in thin film & material characterization, process environment/parameter analysisProven experience with light emitting device fabrication, process optimizations, and process inspection on R&D fabrication line or productionGood understanding of display technology and related LED fabrication processEfficient data analysis skills, Strong analytical thinking, and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with proactive attitude and team-working spirit

Description

We drive OLED process related issue failure analysis and corrective actions with panel and EQ vendors. Connect with internal teams and panel vendors for failure analysis, solutions and implementation plans. - We collaborate and connect with multi-functional teams, convergence module performance and design targets, and deliver display products.- We identify PVD process metrics impact on film optical and electrical properties and OLED performance, analyze and summarize experimental and build data, and present summaries with engineering recommendations.- We investigate new OLED process technologies, perform benchmarking, process innovation, process feasibility studies, and generate accurate enablers for advanced OLED performance and new features.

Education & Experience

BS in Materials Science or similar and a minimum of 3 years relevant industry experience.

  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $132,300.00 and $241,500.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
