Job Description:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Endpoint Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing endpoint solutions within our organization. This role requires an in-depth knowledge of endpoint management tools, security protocols, as well as exceptional problem-solving and communication skills. Additionally, the successful candidate must be a self-starter capable of navigating the organization to achieve objectives efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement endpoint solutions in alignment with business requirements.
  • Manage and maintain endpoint services, including configuration, patching, and security protocols.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for endpoint-related issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of endpoint services.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for endpoint configurations and procedures.
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements and updates in endpoint management features.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users on endpoint tools and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures related to endpoint services.
  • Support modern conference room setups and associated technologies.
  • Possess knowledge and understanding of digital signage.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in endpoint management and support is expected.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience working with Entra joined devices, Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, MDM, MAM, Device compliance policies, and Device configuration policies are required.
  • Understanding of IT Asset Management, including endpoint hardware management, device lifecycle management, warranty and support management, continuous improvement, and working with vendors, is essential.
  • Knowledge of global end-user support and adherence to ITSM processes is important.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Entra ID and Active Directory is needed.
  • Expertise in application packaging, deployment, and end-user self-service modules is required.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team is crucial.
  • Knowledge of modern conference room setups and digital signage is necessary.
  • Familiarity with governance and API management is preferred.
