Job Role: Genesys CX Developer 

Location: Addison, TX


Job Description:

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:

  • AWS experience.
  • Genesys Cloud CX, Softphone.
  • Contact Center Routing experience.
  • Experience with Onprem Genesys.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Mandatory:

  • Design and Development experience in Genesys Cloud CX and Genesys Architecture.
  • Experience in Softphone API integration with Genesys CX.
  • Experience in Genesys SDK.
  • Experience in Genesys Cloud CX administration, configuration and implementation.
  • Strong experience Node.JS/Rest, SOAP and Genesys APIs.
  • Experience creating dashboards for monitoring queue activity, agent performance and interactions.
  • Strong Experience in Genesys Cloud admin and configurations including contact center, telephony, routing, people and permissions and outbound.
  • Experience in Genesys installation and configuration in app Foundry.
  • Troubleshooting experiences with the issues in configuring and routing related issues.

Desired skills:

  • Experience with Genesys on-prem and understanding of various Genesys components and composer development.
  • Exposure for Java/J2EE development and API Development /Scripting integration.
  • Genesys Cloud CX certification preferred.
