Key Responsibilities and Requirements

Role Overview:

The Program Manager leads development teams to deliver technology projects that support business goals. This role works with stakeholders and uses .NET and related technologies. Experience in private equity, customer journey mapping, and running design workshops is helpful.

Main Responsibilities

·       Lead development teams and make sure projects are successful.

·       Work with stakeholders so technology fits business needs.

·       Organize customer journey mapping and design thinking workshops.

·       Help improve service design and customer experience.

·       Oversee full stack solutions using .NET and related tech.

Skills & Experience Needed

·       Experience with .NET, MS SQL Server, Azure, and similar technologies.

·       Background working with private equity companies is a plus.

·       Skills in customer journey mapping and experience strategy.

·       Experience with service design and design workshops.

·       Good communication and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related area; advanced credentials preferred.

·       Experience leading tech teams and delivering projects.

Strong analytical and architectural skills.
