Job Details

UNIVERSAL Technologies is seeking a Systems Architect (IAM) to support the implementation of Workday. This is a fully remote position. Candidate must reside in EST zone and have a valid LinkedIn Profile. This role involves configuring, validating, and integrating identity and access management (IAM) components with various platforms including Oracle IAM, PeopleSoft, Workday, and Active Directory.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must meet the following minimum qualifications:
  • 7 years of experience in the design, configuration, customization, deployment, integration, and performance tuning of Oracle Identity and Access Management Suite 12cPS4 (OIG + OAM) in a high-availability environment.
  • 7 years of proven ability to debug internal and external integration issues involving OS-level, load balancer, firewall, and application server components.
  • 7 years of expertise in Oracle SSO products, including OAM features such as Header Based, SAML/Federation, OAuth, OpenID Connect, MFA, and Advanced Authentication.
  • 7 years experience with Oracle Internet Directory 12cPS4 and Oracle Unified Directory 12cPS4.
  • 7 years with a strong background in Oracle Identity Manager (OIG) 12cPS4 for deployment, integration, and performance optimization.
  • 7 years of proficiency in SOA, including development of custom provisioning and approval workflows.
  • 7 years experience in Java development experience specific to OIM connectors, scheduled tasks, event handlers, OIM ADF, or Microsoft Graph API for Azure.
  • 7 years of experience configuring LDAP, Active Directory, and PeopleSoft connectors in OIG 12cPS4 using WebLogic.
  • 7 years of experience developing/configuring custom Admin Roles within OIG 12cPS4.
  • 7 years of experience developing custom Oracle BI Publisher reports.
SCOPE OF SERVICES: The Systems Architect (IAM) will assist in the implementation and configuration of components in support of Workday integration. Responsibilities include installation, architecture design, performance tuning, and validation across the Oracle IAM stack.
RESPONSIBILITIES / EXPECTED DELIVERABLES:
  • Install and configure Workday connector in Oracle Identity Governance (OIG) 12c environments.
  • Integrate with systems such as Oracle Access Manager, Oracle Unified Directory, and Oracle HTTP Server using established configurations as templates.
  • Configure WebLogic and OIM components such as IT Resources, Scheduled Tasks, Reconciliation, Provisioning, Connector Servers (Windows/Linux), etc.
  • Develop and execute automated or scripted testing procedures for SIT and UAT phases to ensure adherence to business rules and governance.
  • Create and manage administrative roles and associated SOA composites.
  • Document trusted target reconciliations and ensure accurate provisioning attribute validation.
  • Ensure calculated attributes are processed correctly and represented in the user form.
  • Document roles, entitlements, rules, and all associated configuration details.
  • Modify or create Oracle BI Publisher reports as needed.
  • Perform governance-related activities such as manually provisioning roles, reviewing attributes in systems such as Workday, PeopleSoft, and LDAP.
  • Use APIs in all Oracle IAM components for integration and automation.
  • Collaborate with other teams to diagnose and resolve integration and infrastructure issues.
  • Debug system-level issues including those related to operating systems, load balancers, firewalls, and application servers.
  • Work closely with Oracle Support, Networking, Systems, DBA, and Application teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
