Description

We are looking for an experienced ERP/CRM Consultant to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This role involves supporting and optimizing enterprise systems to meet business needs, with a focus on Infor solutions and related technologies. The position is based in Davenport, Iowa.

Responsibilities:

Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for Infor ERP and CRM systems.

Collaborate with business teams to identify and document requirements for system enhancements.

Configure and customize Infor solutions to align with organizational needs.

Assist in the integration of multiple Infor systems and ensure seamless functionality.

Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and processes.

Conduct user training sessions to enhance adoption and effective system use.

Stay updated on the latest features and updates within the Infor suite and related technologies.

Support cloud-based technologies and assist in their implementation where necessary.

Evaluate and implement APIs to connect systems and streamline workflows.

Participate in occasional onsite meetings to collaborate with internal teams

Requirements

Proven experience working with Infor ERP and CRM systems.
Familiarity with multiple Infor solutions from a support perspective.
Strong knowledge of client-side scripting and cloud technologies.
Experience with API development and integration projects.
Proficiency in business process analysis and documentation.
Ability to create and manage configuration management plans.
Strong understanding of Microsoft tools and technologies.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
