Are you passionate about helping organizations stay resilient in the face of disruption? We're looking for a Business Continuity expert who can lead planning, testing, and crisis response initiatives across a dynamic enterprise environment.
Description
The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for assisting BC Program initiatives. This role will work with Critical Ross Business functions, IT, Emergency Management and Disaster Recovery to ensure that ROSS has up to date BC plans and Crisis Management Team (CMT) Plans. Responsible for developing and maintaining program level communication, training, reporting and metrics and will support the Manager II and the Senior Manager/Director in annual BC planning activities.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
5-8 years of Business Continuity experience or equivalent type experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated experience in Office 0365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
Demonstrated Experience using SharePoint
Demonstrated analytical ability, judgment and problem analysis techniques
Demonstrated experience in the development of solution programs /Projects
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work across teams and business units
Emergency Communication Tools experience a plus
DRII Certification a Plus
Disaster Recovery/Crisis Management knowledge a plus

The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
